Shipping Time - When will I get my Stuff?
Orders received before 4:00 pm Eastern Time Monday through Friday are generally shipped the same day if you select 2nd Day or Next Day Air on the Checkout form. Orders after 4:00 pm and on weekends are shipped the next business day. If you select UPS Ground (our FREE shipping) your order may take a few extra business days to leave our facility during peak periods (such as December) .
This shipping time frame is subject to normal credit card approval and verification procedures and we also reserve the right to allow time for personal checks to clear. In the event that we can't ship within the time frames above, we will let you know by email within one business day, and we will not charge your credit card until we are ready to ship.
Shipping Charges
Our usual shipping method is UPS Ground. There is no additional charge for UPS ground service in the 48 contiguous states (all states other than Hawaii or Alaska (see below). Shipments sent by UPS ground will take 2 to 5 business days for delivery.
If you wish a faster method of shipment, there is an option on the order form to select 2nd day air for only $3 or Next Day for $15.
Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico: UPS Ground is not available for shipments to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. You must select 2nd Day Air ($12) or Next Day Air ($20) for shipment to AK, HI or PR.
APO addresses: APO or FPO (military) addresses will be sent by USPS Priority Mail at no additional charge.
Canada: Shipments to Canada will be sent by UPS Air Express for a $29 Shipping Charge. Note that you will be responsible for any import taxes or customs duties charged. These will be collected by the UPS carrier at the time of delivery. Check with local customs authorities to determine the additional cost.
Return Policies
All returned product must be in brand-new, saleable condition, with manufacturer's packaging, tags, instruction booklets, warranty cards, and any other items that came with your purchase, such as accessories or free bonuses. Product showing any signs of wear or use can not be returned. We will credit your card or issue a refund by check (if paid originally with check or money order) within 5 days of receipt of the returned merchandise.
Unlike many of our competitors, we do not charge an additional restocking fee, but we do deduct the actual shipping charges that we paid from the refund. (Many of our competitors routinely deduct 10% to 20% from your refund if you return a watch to them. They make money whether you are happy or not -- that's not the way we do business.)
Please note that special orders are not returnable.
If we do, as a concession to a customer and solely at our option, accept a watch back after 30 days or showing wear, it may be subject to a restocking fee at our option.
